Another Helpful Hint

My co-worker exclaimed yesterday that I was the quickest person to do copy & paste on a computer. This is how & some other shortcuts as well that I use over and over and over again.

Ctrl X----> cut (sections of text)
Ctrl C----> copy (sections of text)
Ctrl V----> paste (sections of text)
"Windows" button E----> Windows Explorer

P.S. Do you have any you want to share with me????

If on an Apple, use the command button instead of control.

"Control A" = Select all - use this to select all your text or whatever instead of clicking and dragging with your mouse.

"Control Z" = Undo

"Control F" = Find

"Control N" = New

"Control P" = Print

My husband just taught me a new one. Push Ctrl & move your mouse scroller and it will zoom in/out your whole monitor.
